
From 2015 to 2018 the BHT principle, Tim Budd, led the Fujitsu Commercial
Contract Management function in the UK & Ireland. During
this period, in addition to leading personally on
several high profile customer problem situations, Tim
was responsible for a team of 85 people in three
geographies and the effective contract management of
£1.7bn of annual revenue.
Achievements included:
• Transforming a disjointed and demoralized function to
deliver clear accountability and a flexible service to
the business
• Establishment of an effective contract repository
• Built a “right-sized” offshore service (in a
low-volume, high complexity contractual environment)
allowing the function to absorb an increasingly varied
workload whilst delivering cost savings
In a previous line management role, Tim established a
specialist Service Introduction team which developed and
executed processes (still in use today) to effectively
onboard new customers for transformational outsourcing
deals.
Tim’s previous experience includes Sales (10 years),
Engagement Management (3 years), Service Director (3
years) and pre- and post-contract Commercial Management
(12 years)
